Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nhance website and purchases made from Nhance. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Shipping policy, Return & refund policy, and Privacy policy.
Online store
Nhance is an online business operated by NHP Holding LLC. Products are offered for sale to customers within the United States, subject to availability and these Terms.
Product and wellness information
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Product descriptions, ingredient information, and general wellness content should not be interpreted as individual medical advice.
Use products only as directed on the product label or packaging. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, have allergies or sensitivities, or have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities, and other information accurately. Packaging, appearance, or other non-material product details may change from time to time.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, or misuse of the website.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.
Pricing, shipping and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. A $20 flat shipping fee applies to each order. Optional Shipping Protection is available for $8 at checkout.
Nhance does not currently charge sales tax at checkout. If collection of tax becomes required by applicable law, we may begin charging and remitting applicable taxes.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days and, after shipment, are generally delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
An order may be cancelled before it ships. Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & refund policy.
Unless a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, consumable products must generally be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary returns.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; interfere with website security or operation; attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; submit false information; or use website content in a way that violates intellectual property or other rights.
Intellectual property
Website content, including branding, logos, text, graphics, product presentation, layout, and other materials owned or licensed by Nhance or NHP Holding LLC, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to access and use the website for lawful personal purposes. Stock photos are used under the Pexels license.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment, shipping, hosting, or other technology providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or policies except to the extent required by applicable law.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every security risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NHP Holding LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold NHP Holding LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply to protect a consumer’s non-waivable rights.

Severability
